Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add dried yeast and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add olive oil, all purpose flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, 30°C, speed 7
  8. Remove the max blade
  9. Heat with filler cap removed until doubled in size - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  11. Flour a clean baking tray then set aside
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Roll into a rectangle, approximately 35 x 45 cm
  14. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  15. Add Passata, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder and dried thyme to a clean medium bowl
  16. Mix until combined
  17. Spread the tomato mixture onto the dough
  18. Top with Mozzarella Ball, red onion, cherry tomatoes, orange bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and green bell pepper
  19. Bake - 18 min, 220°C
  20. Remove from oven and let cool
  21. Serve
