Step preview

  1. Attach Dough Hook
  2. Add olive oil, water, bread flour, salt, cumin seeds and nigella seeds to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 9 min, Speed 1
  5. Cover the bowl with a tea towel
  6. Let rest - 30 min
  7. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  8. Fit the Thick slicing disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  9. Slice cucumber and baby gem lettuce into the Food processor attachment
  10. Transfer vegetables to bowl then set aside
  11. Remove the thick slicing disc and fit the fine slicing disc instead
  12. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  13. Slice radish and red onion into the Food processor attachment
  14. Transfer vegetables to bowl
  15. Add tomato to the bowl then set aside
  16. Remove the fine slicing disc and fit the knife blade instead
  17. Add fresh chives, mint leaves, fresh parsley, cilantro, pomegranate molasses, lemon, olive oil and salt to the Food processor attachment
  18. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  19. Pulse until fine
  20. Remove the food processor bowl from the machine and set aside
  21. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  22. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  23. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  24. Roll each piece into a 20 cm circle
  25. Toast until golden brown - 5 min, 180°C
  26. Remove and let cool
  27. Break up the flatbread pieces and add them into the salad
  28. Pour dressing into salad
  29. Stir until combined
  30. Serve
