Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add ground cinnamon, brown sugar, pecans and dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  6. Transfer topping to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Add dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  13. Then add all purpose flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter and egg to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  15. Remove max blade from kCook bowl
  16. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  17. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  18. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  19. Roll out to a 25 x 35 cm rectangle
  20. Brush with unsalted butter
  21. Sprinkle on half of the filling
  22. Roll up the dough starting with the short edge
  23. Slice the rolled dough into 8 pieces and cover
  24. Repeat with the remaining dough
  25. Add maple syrup, light brown sugar, pecans and water to a clean medium bowl
  26. Mix until combined
  27. Pour mixture into baking dish
  28. Transfer shaped dough to baking dish
  29. Let rest - 30 min
  30. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  31. Remove from oven and let cool slightly
  32. Serve
