Step preview

  1. Add dark brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Add pork belly to the large mixing bowl
  4. Mix until coated
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap
  6. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  7. Attach the Stir Tool
  8. Add ketchup, apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, honey and lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  11. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  12. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  13. Transfer pork to baking tray
  14. Bake - 1 hr, 160°C
  15. Remove from oven
  16. Coat pork with sauce
  17. Bake - 10 min, 160°C
  18. Remove from oven
  19. Serve
