Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add quick-rise yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add bread flour, salt, sugar, butter and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Knead
  12. Divide into thirds
  13. Roll into balls
  14. Transfer rolls to loaf pan
  15. Brush with egg and cover
  16. Let rise - approx 1 hr
  17. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  18. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  19. Let cool
  20. Serve
