Super airy and soft chocolate buns just like from the bakery. I made the soft yeast dough with vanilla extract and grated lemon zest for a great, aromatic and fresh flavour. Plus, I used baking powder so that the dough will rise faster and better (quick mixture). It doesn’t have to rest for long and is quickly ready for processing. Finally, I add bake-proof chocolate chips (chocolate drops). They will stay crispy and solid. Before I put the buns in the oven, I brush them with egg to give them a great golden yellow colour.
