Step preview

  1. Add cabbage leaves to a large heatproof bowl
  2. Sprinkle with salt and cover with boiling water
  3. Soak - 3 minutes
  4. Drain the cabbage into a colander, rinse with cold water and set aside
  5. Fit the Creaming Beater
  6. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  7. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 2
  8. Form the meat mixture into small sausage shapes, about 30-50g
  9. Add the meat mixture into the middle of each cabbage leaf
  10. Fold the leaf into a parcel and secure with a cocktail stick or string
  11. Place the meat parcels on a clean plate and set aside
  12. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  13. Add oil into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  14. Heat until hot - 1 minute, 130ºC, speed Stir 2
  15. Then add the ingredient
  16. Cook until browned - 3 minutes, 130ºC, speed Stir 2
  17. Remove the Stir Tool
  18. Place the cabbage rolls into the appliance bowl, fold side up
  19. Cook until browned - 4 minutes, 130ºC, speed Off
  20. Then add the ingredients
  21. Cook - 5 minutes, 105ºC, speed Off
  22. Cook until thickened - 15 minutes, 100ºC, speed Off
  23. Use tongs to remove the cabbage rolls and set aside
  24. Fit the Stir Tool
  25. Add the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined
  26. Transfer the mixture to the appliance bowl
  27. Cook until thickened - 10 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 1
  28. Divide the cabbage rolls between serving plates and spoon a little sauce over the top
  29. Serve
