Step preview

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add peach, lemon and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 50 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  5. Pour jam into jar
  6. Add the lid then turn upside down to create a vacuum
  7. Set aside until cool
  8. Serve
