This tart, zesty take on the Singapore Sling is the perfect easy cocktail for your next dinner party. With a homemade cherry syrup, plenty of fresh lime juice and a good helping of gin, it makes the perfect refreshing palate cleanser between courses, and can even be served without the alcohol for a delicious mocktail.

- 500 ml

Step preview
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add frozen cherries, lemon, orange, water and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 110°C, Stir 2
- Strain mixture into large mixing bowl through a sieve
- Set aside and let cool - 30 min
- Add ice, gin, orange liqueur, angostura bitters and lime juice to a clean jug
- Transfer content of large mixing bowl to jug
- Stir until combined
- Add ice to the clean drinking glasses
- Divide content of jug between 8 drinking glasses
- Top with sparkling mineral water
- Garnish with lime and maraschino cherries
- Serve
