Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add olive oil, milk, egg, baking powder, teff flour, oat flour, hazelnut flour, salt and sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 7
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 8
  8. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  9. Remove kCook bowl from the machine
  10. Shape dough into small balls
  11. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  12. Use your hand to slightly flatten the dough balls
  13. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  14. Serve
