With this fantastic Pandoro, you can fill your home with a sweet Christmas aroma. Garnish with plenty of icing sugar and serve with a cup of hot chocolate to enjoy with the whole family. Step preview

  1. First we make the pandoro cream
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add white chocolate to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Chop with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 9
  7. Then add honey, butter, rum and vanilla sugar to the kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 50°C, speed 6
  9. Transfer cream to small bowl then set aside
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  12. Add fresh yeast, manitoba flour and water to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 6
  16. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  17. Prove with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 30°C
  18. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 5
  19. Add water, manitoba flour, butter, egg yolk and sugar to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  20. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  21. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  22. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 5
  23. Add manitoba flour, sugar, egg yolk, butter and salt to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  24. Mix with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 6
  25. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  26. Transfer dough to baking dish
  27. Place in the oven and let rise with the lights switched on until the dough fills the mould, approx 2 hours
  28. Bake - 50 min, 170°C
  29. If the cake browns too quickly cover with aluminium foil
  30. Allow to cool in the mould
  31. Remove the cooled cake from the mould
  32. Garnish with icing sugar
  33. Serve
