Steaming: it’s not just for vegetables but an all-round great cooking method. Why not try steaming salmon? It produces a delicious, healthy, nutritious, moist salmon in a matter of minutes. For this recipe, we used 130g salmon fillets. If your salmon weighs more, you may need to increase the cooking time by a few more minutes. For serving ideas, serve with mixed vegetables and a white wine sauce.

Step preview

  1. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and salmon filet to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Stir gently until coated
  3. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Grease the Steaming basket with oil
  5. Transfer fish to Steaming basket
  6. Attach the steaming basket
  7. Steam - 10 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  8. Serve
