  1. Making the crumble:
  2. Preheat an oven to 180ºC
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  4. Fit the K-Beater
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  7. Then add butter
  8. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 2
  9. Remove the bowl from the machine
  10. Add 1-2 tbsp water and mix by hand to bring together
  11. Break into crumbles onto the baking tray and spread out evenly
  12. Bake - 20 minutes, 180ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool
  14. Making the compote:
  15. Add the ingredients into a saucepan
  16. Simmer until soft - 7-10 minutes, medium-high heat
  17. Remove from the heat and let cool
  18. Making the cream:
  19. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  20. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  21. Whisk until thickened - 1 minute 30 seconds, speed Max
  22. Transfer the whipped cream to a large bowl and set aside
  23. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  24. Add the ingredient into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  25. Mix until creamy - 1 minute, speed 3
  26. Then transfer half of the whipped cream and mix - 30 seconds, speed 1
  27. Then transfer the remaining whipped cream and mix - 30 seconds, speed 1
  28. Assembly:
  29. Layer the desert in your serving glasses with compote, crumble, cream and repeat
  30. Top with a sprinkle of crumble
  31. Decorate if desired
  32. Serve
