Step preview

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into 2cm cubes
  2. Transfer the apples into a medium bowl
  3. Then add the next ingredients until covered
  4. Preheat an oven to 180ºC
  5. Grease the bottom of a pan, leaving the sides clean

  7. Add eggs into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  8. Mix until a light foam forms - 3-4 minutes, speed 6
  9. Then add sugar
  10. Mix until thickened - 5-7 minutes, speed 6
  11. Sift the ingredients into a large bowl
  12. Transfer the dry ingredients to the whisked egg mixture
  13. Mix - 3 minutes, speed 3
  14. Pour the mixture into the pan
  15. Drain the apples well and place the pieces into the batter
  16. Bake without opening the oven - 45 minutes, 180ºC
  17. Remove from the oven and let cool
  18. Serve
