A delicious cake like biscuit popular in Germany with both children and adults. We have piped ours into 4 cm rounds, but you can make them as big or small as you like, just remember it might affect the baking time.

Step preview
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Fit the Whisk Tool
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
- Whisk - 2 minutes, speed 4
- Add the next ingredients
- Whisk – 1 minute, speed 1
- Add the next ingredients
- Mix – 1 minute, speed Min
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag
- Pipe rounds about 4 cm wide, placing them 10 cm apart on the prepared baking tray
- Bake – 12 minutes, 180ºC
- Remove from the oven and let cool
- Add ingredients into a bowl
- Mix until combined then divide the icing in half
- Add cocoa powder to one half of the icing and mix until combined
- Transfer the icings into two separate piping bags
- Pipe half chocolate icing and half white icing on the flat side of the biscuits
- Let set
- Serve
