Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven to 200ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Mix until combined - 2 minutes, speed 3
  6. Then add milk while the machine is running - 2 minutes, speed 3
  7. Line a worksurface with parchment paper and lightly flour
  8. Transfer the dough to the paper and cover with another piece of paper
  9. Roll out the dough and remove the top sheet of paper
  10. Cut out rounds with a fluted cookie cutter and place onto the baking tray
  11. Repeat rolling and cutting rounds until all the dough is used
  12. Add the ingredients into a small bowl, and mix until combined
  13. Brush the egg mixture onto each piece of dough
  14. Bake - 15-20 minutes, 200°C
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool
  16. Serve
