  6. Then add the following ingredients
  7. Cook until tender - 45 minutes, 98ºC, speed Off
  8. Transfer the chicken into a medium bowl
  9. Leave to cool - 10 minutes
  10. Shred the chicken into chunks, discarding bones and cartilage
  11. Add a small amount of the cooking liquid and mix with chicken
  12. Serve
