A milk chocolate shell filled with silky caramel. We've left our shells plain, but you can decorate with melted white or dark chocolate by flicking it across the moulds to create thin lines.

  1. Fit the Creaming Beater
  2. Add 360 g of chocolate into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Heat - 10 minutes, 55ºC, speed Stir 3
  4. Then add the rest of chocolate
  5. Mix – 3 minutes, speed Stir 2
  6. Heat - 2 minutes, 30ºC, speed Stir 3
  7. Coat the mould with a layer of chocolate
  8. Chill in the fridge until set
  9. Spoon caramel into the mould
  10. Cover with another layer of chocolate
  11. Shake the mould to level the chocolate and let set
  12. Serve
