Step preview

  1. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  3. Mix until combined - 1 minute, speed 3
  4. Transfer the dough to a work surface
  5. Knead with the palm of your hand
  6. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest - 20 minutes
  7. Attach the Pasta Roller attachment
  8. Adjust the setting to 0
  9. Start the machine - speed 1
  10. Pass the dough through the rollers
  11. Repeat passing the dough through the rollers, adjusting the setting to your desired thickness
  12. Attach the Pasta Cutter attachment
  13. Start the machine - speed 1
  14. Feed the rolled-out dough through the Pasta Cutter attachment
  15. Fit the Stir Tool
  16. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  17. Then add pasta, fit the splashguard
  18. Cook - 2 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  19. Serve
