Step preview

  1. Add the ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Soak until softened
  3. Add the ingredients into jug and mix until dissolved
  4. Strain the tamarind mixture into a medium bowl, reserving the liquid
  5. Add the ingredients into a frying pan
  6. Cook until golden brown - medium-high heat
  7. Place onto paper towel to drain excess oil and set aside

  9. Transfer the tamarind juice then add the next ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  10. Cook - 4 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 3
  11. Drain the noodles and transfer to the appliance bowl
  12. Cook - 5 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 3
  13. Then add water
  14. Leave to absorb and continue
  15. Add oil into a frying pan
  16. Heat until hot - medium-high heat
  17. Then add eggs
  18. Fry until desired consistency - medium-high heat
  19. Remove from the heat and set aside
  20. Spoon the noodles into serving bowls
  21. Then add the next ingredients
  22. Top with a fried egg
  23. Serve
