Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Grease a clean round pan
  3. Line with wafer paper
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add honey and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 94°C, speed 3
  9. Then add raw almonds, candied orange, candied citrus peel, all purpose flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground cloves to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  11. Transfer mixture to round pan
  12. Bake - 35 min, 150°C
  13. Remove from oven
  14. Let cool slightly
  15. Turn out onto cooling rack and let cool - 30 min
  16. Dust with icing sugar
  17. Serve
