Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  2. Flour a baking tray
  3. Fit the Dough Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Knead – 3 minutes, speed Min
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly
  7. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  8. Roll the dough over and shape into a round loaf
  9. Place the dough on a baking tray
  10. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cheese cheese
  11. Bake - 40 minutes, 200ºC
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool
  13. Serve
