These fun cupcakes are great for children's parties of any size. We have dyed our icing three different colours to create a marbled effect. This recipe makes about 60 cupcakes, you will have to bake in batches, so make sure you leave plenty of time.

Step preview
- Making the cupcakes:
- Preheat the oven - 180ºC
- Line the cupcake tin with paper cases
- Fit the Creaming Beater
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Mix and then scrape the bowl - 3 minutes, speed Min
- Then add the next ingredients
- Mix – 1 minute 30 second, speed Min
- Spoon the batter into the cupcakes cases until halfway full
- Bake – 15 minutes, 180ºC
- Remove from the oven and let cool
- Repeat the filling and baking steps until all the batter has been used
- Making the icing:
- Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Mix and then scrape the bowl – 2 minutes, speed 2
- Mix – 1 minute, speed 4
- Transfer the icing into a piping bag and pipe onto the cupcakes
- Decorate the cupcakes
- Serve
