  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Grease the muffin tin with non-stick spray and set aside
  3. Add the ingredients into a clean bowl
  4. Mix until combined and set aside

  8. Place a clean bowl underneath the attachment
  9. Grate cheese into the bowl using the pusher
  10. Transfer half of the grated cheese into a clean bowl and set aside
  11. Grate the ingredients into the bowl with the cheese using the pusher
  12. Remove the Express Serve attachment
  13. Fit the Knife Blade
  14. Add the ingredient into the appliance bowl
  15. Chop until thoroughly sliced
  16. Transfer the sliced spring onions into the bowl containing the grated ingredients
  17. Then add the egg and milk mixture and mix to combine
  18. Then add the flour mixture and mix to combine
  19. Spoon 2 tbsp of the mixture into each muffin hole
  20. Sprinkle the reserved grated cheese onto each muffin
  21. Top with the next ingredients
  22. Bake until the cheese is golden brown - 20-25 minutes, 180ºC
  23. Remove from the oven and let cool - 10 minutes
  24. Garnish, if desired
  25. Serve
