The bars consist of a rich and creamy cheesecake layer and then topped with a decadent layer of chocolate ganache, made by mixing chocolate with cream until it becomes smooth and glossy.   1. Making the biscuit base:
  2. Grease the tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Knife Blade
  4. Add biscuits into the appliance bowl
  5. Pulse until the biscuits have been crushed
  6. Then add the next ingredient
  7. Pulse until combined
  8. Transfer the mixture into the tin and level with a spatula
  9. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  10. Making the cheesecake filling:
  11. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade
  12. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  13. Mix until the mixture is smooth and thick
  14. Transfer the mixture on top of the biscuit base and level with a spatula
  15. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  16. Making the ganache:
  17. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade
  18. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl
  19. Add cream into a saucepan
  20. Heat until it begins to boil – medium-high heat
  21. Pour the hot cream into the appliance bowl
  22. Let cool slightly – 5 minutes
  23. Mix until smooth – 1 minute
  24. Transfer the ganache into the tin and level with a spatula
  25. Chill in the fridge – 3 hours
  26. Remove from the fridge and cut into 10 bars
  27. Serve
