Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Grease the tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Assemble the Express Serve attachment with the grating disc
  4. Place a bowl underneath the attachment
  5. Grate carrots into the bowl using the pusher
  6. Remove the attachment and set aside
  7. Fit the Knife Blade
  8. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  9. Select the Mix preset
  10. Transfer the batter into the bowl with grated carrot and mix until combined
  11. Transfer the mixture into the tin
  12. Bake – 30 minutes, 180ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool
  14. Top with a layer of cream cheese icing
  15. Dust with cinnamon
  16. Serve
