Step preview

  1. Brush Dariole moulds with melted butter
  2. Then add cocoa powder to each side of the Dariole moulds
  3. Rotate the moulds to line them with cocoa powder and tap out any excess
  4. Place the moulds on a baking tray
  5. Chill in the fridge until needed
  6. Fit the Creaming Beater
  7. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  8. Heat until melted – 7 minutes, 40°C, speed Stir 1
  9. Transfer the chocolate mixture into a clean bowl and set aside
  10. Preheat the oven – 200ºC
  11. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  12. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  13. Whisk until light in colour – 3 minutes, speed Max
  14. Then add flour while the machine is running
  15. Whisk until well combined then scrape the bowl – 20 seconds, speed Max
  16. Remove the bowl from the machine
  17. Then add the chocolate mixture
  18. Fold carefully, using a spatula, until combined
  19. Pour the mixture into the moulds, leaving a 2 cm gap at the top
  20. Bake until set – 8 minutes, 200ºC
  21. Remove from the oven and leave to rest – 1 minute
  22. Invert the moulds onto a plate
  23. Serve
