  1. Making the gingerbread syrup:
  2. Fit the Stir Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid with the filler cap
  4. Cook until fragrant - 10 minutes, 98ºC, speed 2
  5. Transfer the mixture to a jug and set aside
  6. Making the gingerbread crumbs:
  7. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi)
  8. Add gingerbread into the appliance bowl, attach the lid with the filler cap
  9. Blend until fine crumbs have formed - 30 seconds, speed 10
  10. Transfer the gingerbread crumbs into a clean bowl and set aside
  11. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  12. Add cream into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  13. Whisk until thickened - 3 minutes, speed 7
  14. Dip the glasses into the whipped cream to lightly coat the rims
  15. Then dip the glasses into the gingerbread crumbs to coat the rims
  16. Add the next ingredients and 100 g of the gingerbread syrup from the jug to the cocktail shaker and shake well to combine
  17. Strain the mixture into 2 margarita glasses
  18. Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients in 2 more batches
  19. Top each glass with 1 Tbsp of the whipped cream
  20. Garnish with a mini gingerbread man
  21. Serve
