  1. Fit the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Knead until a dough forms - 5 minutes, speed Min
  4. Transfer the dough onto a work surface
  5. Grease the appliance bowl
  6. Return the dough into the bowl and cover with a kitchen towel
  7. Prove until doubled in size - 40 minutes
  8. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  9. Divide the dough into two equal pieces
  10. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  11. Turn the dough over and roll into a ball shape
  12. Repeat this action with the other piece of dough
  13. Cover the dough balls with a tea towel
  14. Let rest - 10 minutes
  15. Preheat the oven - 250ºC
  16. Sprinkle semolina onto the baking tray
  17. Take one of the dough balls, and place upside down on a lightly floured work surface
  18. Carefully flatten the dough with your wrist
  19. Roll out the dough into a large circle, until 5 mm thick
  20. Place the dough onto the baking tray
  21. Garnish your pizza as desired
  22. Bake until golden - 10 minutes, 250ºC
  23. Repeat this action with the other dough ball
  24. Serve
