Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Grease a traybake tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Mix until combined - about 2 minutes, speed 3
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Mix until combined - about 2 minutes, speed 2
  8. Transfer half of the batter into a clean bowl and set aside
  9. Add cocoa powder into the appliance bowl
  10. Mix until combined - about 1 minute, speed 2
  11. Then add peanut butter into the bowl containing the light colour batter and stir to combine
  12. Spoon both the batters into the tin, alternating between the two
  13. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the batter
  14. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 20 minutes, 180ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool
  16. Drizzle the cake with melted peanut butter and melted chocolate
  17. Slice into squares
  18. Serve
