Keto broccoli rice is a brilliant low-carb take on fried rice - fresh, colourful, and full of flavour. Simply pulse your broccoli florets into rice-sized pieces, then cook them with red onion, red pepper, and a hint of red chilli. You can toss it in a quick sauce of soy, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and a touch of sweetener for extra savoury depth, or omit the sauce entirely if you prefer to keep it plain. In minutes, you’ll have a vibrant, veg-packed rice alternative that’s perfect for any keto meal.
