  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and prove until doubled in size - 1 hour
  6. Flour the baking trays
  7. Add the seeds into a clean bowl and mix until combined
  8. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  9. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces
  10. Roll each piece into a ball and brush with water
  11. Dip the dough balls into the seed mixture and place them on the baking trays
  12. Cover with tea towel and prove until doubled in size - 45 minutes
  13. Preheat the oven - 220ºC
  14. Bake the rolls until golden brown - 15 minutes, 220ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack
  16. Serve
