  1. Making the biscuit base:
  2. Grease a round tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Add the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
  4. Transfer the biscuits mixture into the tin and smooth out using the back of a spoon
  5. Chill in the fridge - 20 minutes
  6. Making the base:
  7. Add whipping cream into a saucepan
  8. Heat, stirring frequently, until boiling - medium heat
  9. Then add the soaked gelatine and mix until dissolved
  10. Transfer the cream mixture into the appliance bowl
  11. Then add the next ingredients
  12. Fit the Whisk Tool and the splashguard
  13. Whisk until stiff peaks formed - about 2 minutes, speed 5
  14. Then add the cream mixture into the tin and spread evenly
  15. Chill in the fridge - 1 hour
  16. Making the strawberry jelly:
  17. Add the ingredients into a clean saucepan
  18. Cook until the strawberries have broken down - 10 minutes, medium-high heat
  19. Strain the strawberries through a sieve into a jug to remove all the seeds
  20. Let cool at room temperature - 10 minutes
  21. Then add the soaked gelatine and mix until dissolved
  22. Pour the strawberry jelly over the cheesecake
  23. Chill in fridge until set - 3 hours or overnight for best results
  24. Serve
