  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 3
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add double cream and egg to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  20. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  21. Then add soft goat cheese, nutmeg and dried thyme to the kCook bowl
  22. Season
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  24. Then add bread slices to the kCook bowl
  25. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  26. Transfer onions to kCook bowl
  27. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  28. Grease a clean muffin pan
  29. Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan
  30. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 180°C
  31. Let cool until cold
  32. Serve
