Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add salted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  7. Then add gluten-free flour and cornstarch to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  9. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  11. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  12. Knead
  13. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  14. Cut into rectangles with chef's knife
  15. Prick an indentation
  16. Place onto silicone baking mat
  17. Sprinkle with caster sugar
  18. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  19. Bake until light golden - 13 min, 180°C
  20. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
  21. Serve
