These bite-sized cod fritters are the perfect finger food. Serve them with a lemon wedge and garlic mayo.

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add garlic clove, fresh parsley, egg and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  6. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  8. Then add unsalted cod to the mixture
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  10. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  11. Add sunflower oil to the frying pan
  12. Heat - medium-high heat
  13. Spoon mixture into frying pan bit by bit
  14. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  15. Pat dry with paper towels
  16. Serve
