Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add bread flour, active dried yeast, salt, olive oil and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  9. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  11. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  13. Divide into quarters with dough scraper
  14. Flour 2 clean baking sheets
  15. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  16. Shape into rounds
  17. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  23. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  25. Slice onion, leek and zucchini into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  26. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  27. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 3
  29. Then add fresh thyme, anchovies and courgette flowers to the kCook bowl
  30. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  31. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 baking sheets
  32. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  33. Let cool on round wire rack
  34. Serve
