Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 2
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove and ground fennel spice to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 3
  13. Then add ground pork to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  15. Then add canned tomatoes to the kCook bowl
  16. Season to taste
  17. Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Add water and salt to a clean saucepan
  19. Heat until boiling
  20. Add spaghetti to the saucepan
  21. Boil - 8 min, medium-high heat
  22. Add zucchini to the saucepan carefully
  23. Boil - 1 min, medium-high heat
  24. Drain content of saucepan into colander then set aside
  25. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  26. Whisk until combined
  27. Add arugula and fennel bulb to the large mixing bowl
  28. Season
  29. Toss until combined then set aside
  30. Transfer content of colander to serving plate
  31. Transfer content of kCook bowl to serving plate
  32. Serve
