- Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add breadcrumbs, ground beef, ground pork, egg, garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
- Roll into balls
- Roll in all purpose flour
- Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
- Heat in frying pan
- Transfer balls to frying pan
- Cook in frying pan until browned
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Grate onion and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add tomato purée and white wine to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Transfer content of frying pan to kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Serve
