  8. Add lemon juice and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Let rest - 30 min
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 40 min, 104°C, speed 2
  12. Pour jam into 2 jars carefully
  13. Let cool
  14. Refrigerate in fridge
  15. Serve
