Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  4. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add caster sugar, almonds, egg and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice granny smith apple into the mixture with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, milk and salt to the mixture
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  14. Grease and flour a clean round pan
  15. Pour mixture into round pan
  16. Bake - 40 min, 170°C
  17. Turn out onto cooling rack and let cool
  18. Serve
