Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, short grain rice, vanilla extract, sugar, cardamom pods, sultanas and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 15 min, 90°C, speed 2
  6. Pour content of kCook bowl into heatproof bowl then set aside
  7. Cover with foil then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add water, honey, saffron threads and lemon zest to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 1
  14. Then add pear to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 98°C
  16. Let cool
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl
  18. Serve
