Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, unsweetened shredded coconut, egg, milk, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  7. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
  9. Bake - 40 min, 170°C
  10. Turn out on round wire rack and let cool
  11. Serve
