Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, lemon and egg to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  7. Grease a clean bundt pan
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to bundt pan
  9. Bake - 30 min, 170°C
  10. Turn out onto cooling rack
  11. Let cool on round wire rack
  12. Serve
