Step preview

  1. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and water to a clean medium bowl
  2. Soak - approx 5 min
  3. Drain with sieve
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add coconut milk, milk, caster sugar and lime to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 80°C, speed 4
  9. Transfer gelatin to kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 80°C, speed 4
  11. Pour content of kCook bowl into 4 drinking glasses evenly
  12. Chill overnight in fridge
  13. Serve
