Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Grease a clean glass baking dish then set aside
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter, caster sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
- Then add egg, milk and milk chocolate to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Spoon content of kCook bowl into glass baking dish
- Spread evenly
- Add irish cream liqueur, light brown sugar, water and cocoa powder to a clean jug
- Stir with tablespoon until combined
- Pour content of jug into glass baking dish slowly
- Bake - 15 min, 180°C
- Let cool - approx 5 min
- Serve immediately
