Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add sultanas, currants, raisins, muscovado sugar, sunflower oil, glace cherries, treacle and kirsch to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate green apple into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap removed - 15 min, speed 1
  11. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  12. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  13. Then add mixed spice, salt, dark chocolate, all purpose flour and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  14. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  15. Grease a clean pudding bowl
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to pudding bowl
  17. Prepare foil
  18. Line with parchment paper
  19. Fold
  20. Cover with foil
  21. Assemble
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Add pudding bowl to kCook bowl
  26. Pour water into the kCook bowl halfway
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  28. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 hr 30 min, 98°C
  29. Turn out pudding bowl
  30. Serve
