  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add tofu to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl and continue
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add ginger, fresh chili and massaman curry paste to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  16. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  20. Then add soy sauce, coconut milk, rice wine vinegar, potato and broccoli to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  22. Then add frozen peas and spinach to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 3
  24. Transfer tofu to kCook bowl
  25. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  26. Serve
  27. Garnish with cilantro
