Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add ground pork, garlic clove, fresh chili, oyster sauce, fish sauce and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add green beans and mint leaves to the kCook bowl
  14. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 4
  15. Add brown rice to a clean large serving bowl
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  17. Add cucumber and mint leaves to the large serving bowl
  18. Add lemon juice, soy sauce and granulated sugar to a clean small bowl
  19. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  20. Drizzle large serving bowl with dressing
  21. Serve
