This is a simple mince pie filling, you could add dried cranberries in place of some of the currents or add cinnamon or stem ginger. You can make this a month in advance and store in a jar.

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add raisins, currants, brandy and lemon to the kCook bowl

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 80°C, speed 3
  8. Then add dark brown sugar, candied citrus peel and nutmeg to the kCook bowl
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Grate cooking apple into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  13. Then add suet to the kCook bowl
  14. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
